Happy 13 months HYZYD!

My dear Hyzyd boy, Happy 13 months my dear lil boy. You've grown so fast!!! It seems only that I gave birth to you yesterday! Today you wake us up as early as 4:30 am to ask for your "dawn snack"...LOL! You eat so fast for the past two days after your 3 days poor appetitie caused by your teething. You still have a runny nose but it doen't prevent you to give us your sweetest smile:). You're a bit taller now but has lose a weight, I guess. I hope you'll regain your weight after eating lots of porridge with veggies..he..he... You talk a lot these days..I mean baby talk and we enjoy listening to it. You've mastered your "wai" ( Thai greetings which you put your hands together near your chest and bow ) which makes our neighbor love and appreciaciate you so much. They said you're such a smart boy! Do you know that they've tried to give you a Thai name? It's Tah wan- "Tah" means eyes , and "wan" means sweet because of

How's Hyzyd?

It's been a long time that I haven't updated this site with my little boy's happenings. Without further ado, here's my boy: 1. He's now the "BALDIE" Hyzyd ...he..he... A day after he and his grandpa celebrated their birthday, his grandpa announced that it's time to shave Hyzyd's hair. It's already a tradition to our clan to shave the children (boys and girls) at least three times before they reached 7 years to have healthy and thick hair in the years to come. 2. Mastered his walking skill He mastered his walking skill at Rajyindee Hospital's aisle . He loved to walk down the aisle everytime we visited my sis-in-law who gave birth last October 27, 2009. Don't you know that he was the "apple of the nurses' eyes" at that time?...LOL! 3. Saying goodbye to BOTTLE I now know why Hyzyd refused to hold his bottle on his own...so that it would be easy for me to shift him to sippy cup. I'm very grateful that when Hyzyd is a year

Couples Corner : We 're made for each other

our wedding rings Do you remember my post about the day I met my future mate ( it's more of the day HE met me...he..he...) ? It wasn't really a love at first sight. We simply grow in love on each other. The more I grow in love with him when I came here in Thailand last March 2006 to explore my teaching career. I missed him terribly that I cried day and night longing for his presence. It was then that I decided that I won't hesitate to marry him coz my life lacks its splendor without "Josh" in my life. I dreaded the idea of being hooked with another man other than the love of my life. Things just fall into its places and we agreed through one of our chats that we’ll get married on October 18, 2007 . I went back home on September 2007 and get married at the date we planned at Almont Inland Resort, Butuan City . When I uttered "I DO", those are the two of the most important words I had uttered in my entire life. They are timeless and solemn and life-chang

No internet connection yet

All my remaining energy were exhausted after I gave the announcement of winners yesterday. I just wanted to keep my promise to you that I will announce the winners on the 10th of November. Now that my contest concluded, all my energy to blog was temporarily drained. It's hard to blog in school you know. After lunch break, I have to go to the other building , climb the 5th storey building where the school's internet room is found, surf the internet for an hour- the most time I could spare, get downstairs and be back to the teacher's office to prepare for the afternoon's class. I called TOT yesterday to follow-up our telephone and internet connection. They asked us to wait for another 3 days! Okay, what can I do? I just have to wait....Anyway, I'm enjoying my life being temporarily disconnected to the blogosphere though I miss my friends in here and joining interesting memes- Girls Talk , Couples Corner , Mommy Moments and more! I simply enjoy the life I used to be wi

Why I couldn't blog these days?

We moved to a new apartment last Saturday. I haven't yet settled in our new place and maybe it will take me a month to unpack and arrange everything. We already started our class today and it seems that I'm cramming with my lessons..Waaahhhhh....but thanks be to God that I'm doing fine this morning in my class - workbooks were already distributed in each class and during the review my learners remembered the past vocabularies they've learned and the songs that I've taught them. It may take a week before I'll be connected to internet again. So just please bear with me this time. This is the reason why I can't visit you back nor reply to your comments. I couldn't join memes too. I appreciate your visit here, your sweet messages and comments. Thank you so much. About the contest , it will difinitely end on the 5th of November and I hope we'll have internet connection again ASAP so that I could announce the winnners on the 10th. Thank you for supporting
