Yena's World

If I'm not mistaken, I first stumbled upon Yena's World when I googled for "oregano" - a herbal mint which I used for Hzyd's cough. It was my first time in the blogosphere and was glad to find another informative baby blog authored by Niko, the pretty mom of Yelena Hayden a.k.a Yena.

If you're a first timer of this blog, at first glance you'll readily know that it's a baby blog because of the personalized header with the picture of Yena. On the sidebar is the basic information about this pretty baby- her full name, mode of delivery, date of birth and time, the place of birth, the weight and length upon birth. The blog earns a page rank of 3 which means this blog has good information . I tell you, it's worth visiting this blog especially for moms out there who wanted to start their own baby blog.

Yena's world is filled with Yena's stories-her milestones and achievements, photos, videos, tips and tricks of taking care of a toddler and more. This makes a powerful baby blog! I appreciate mommies who create blogs just for their babies. It's a nice way to share to everyone you want to keep in-touch with. I would like to suggest if the author could add a page introducing the family. It would be easier for the new readers to have a background of who's the mom and dad of the pretty toddler.

Wanna start your own baby blog? You could make Yena's World a model. Your baby blog is the best, fastest place to show off your new baby to the world.

Mommy Moments-Why Hyzvhann Hyzydyll?

The name of our son is Hyzvhann Hyzydyll (read as Hezvan Hezedel). Many are wondering how did we get the name, what does it mean and how to read it. Some jokingly commented that maybe I hate the vowels and some named him the consonant baby...he..he..he. The name was given by his grandfather (my father). We told him that it will be an honor for us if he could give the name of their first grandson. Actually, my father is the one who give us our names-from the eldest (it's me) 'till the 14th child (our youngest). We all have two given names like me I'm named after the combination of my parent's name-Benoni and Geneditha. The result is "Genebei" plus their chosen name for me, Faith = Genebei Faith . I noticed that all of us had great and unique names especially our youngest which is named Doxagennes Keilah . Each of our names has corresponding meanings. Hyzvhann is a modified name of the hebrew vocabulary Heshvan (Cheshvan). Heshvan (Cheshvan) or Mar Cheshvan ...

Hyzyd and the Berenstains' Bears

Hyzyd got new favorites week after week. Most of his favorites involves books. He's not really into toys and movies but books! This week he's into a new book titled "The Berenstain Bears and the Big Red Kite". Guess who's his favorite reader? His dad! He won't let me read it to him. Poor mommy!:( On the other, I'm quite relieved because Hyzyd is giving his dad a hard task...he..he...He won't let his dad go over to other pages. He wanted his dad to create stories after stories out from this illustration for as long as 30 minutes! LOL! I also enjoy the stories made up by his dad- stories that came from "out-of-nowhere". can you help us make more more stories out from this illustration? It seems that we're running out of ideas...LOL! an entry for
