He's a good boy!

The grandma who babysitted Hyzyd declared that our boy is very , very good boy! He's not a crying baby (of course, he'll cry when hungry and sleepy but not "that" much), not fussy and not a picky eater . She said, if all babies are like him, she would agree to take care 4 babies at a time. Our neighbors love his smile and his eyes (he had curly eyelashes!), his healthy structure and his fair complexion (oh no! he's fairer than me and I look like his nanny...LOL!). Some asked me if he's a girl because she looks soooo beautiful! "No, he's not. He's a BOY!" I would quickly respond.

At night, we'll put him to bed between 7-8 pm. He'll just sleep through the night and usually wakes up at 5 pm for his milk..get back to sleep...and wakes up with that gorgeous smile when we greet him "Good morning". He's such a sweet boy! and I agree he's really a good boy!

I Thank you Lord for entrusting us this precious baby!

Baby Hyzyd is ready for bed!

Mommy Moments-Why Hyzvhann Hyzydyll?

The name of our son is Hyzvhann Hyzydyll (read as Hezvan Hezedel). Many are wondering how did we get the name, what does it mean and how to read it. Some jokingly commented that maybe I hate the vowels and some named him the consonant baby...he..he..he. The name was given by his grandfather (my father). We told him that it will be an honor for us if he could give the name of their first grandson. Actually, my father is the one who give us our names-from the eldest (it's me) 'till the 14th child (our youngest). We all have two given names like me I'm named after the combination of my parent's name-Benoni and Geneditha. The result is "Genebei" plus their chosen name for me, Faith = Genebei Faith . I noticed that all of us had great and unique names especially our youngest which is named Doxagennes Keilah . Each of our names has corresponding meanings. Hyzvhann is a modified name of the hebrew vocabulary Heshvan (Cheshvan). Heshvan (Cheshvan) or Mar Cheshvan ...

Hyzyd and the Berenstains' Bears

Hyzyd got new favorites week after week. Most of his favorites involves books. He's not really into toys and movies but books! This week he's into a new book titled "The Berenstain Bears and the Big Red Kite". Guess who's his favorite reader? His dad! He won't let me read it to him. Poor mommy!:( On the other, I'm quite relieved because Hyzyd is giving his dad a hard task...he..he...He won't let his dad go over to other pages. He wanted his dad to create stories after stories out from this illustration for as long as 30 minutes! LOL! I also enjoy the stories made up by his dad- stories that came from "out-of-nowhere". can you help us make more more stories out from this illustration? It seems that we're running out of ideas...LOL! an entry for
