Green


Last night I changed our bed sheet to green. I like green because it signifies growth, renewal, health, and environment. I noticed that Hyzyd is also wearing his green sleeveless shirt and he's playing with his stuffed pig toy .

I wanna share to you some Languages of Green:

Good greenangel
  • Green light - go, permission to proceed (with a task)
  • The green room - in theater or televisions it is the room where performers and guests go to relax
  • Green thumb - good with plants
  • Greenback - US dollar bill, money
  • Greener pastures - something newer or better (or perceived to be better), such as a new job
Bad greensetan
  • Green-eyed monster - jealosy
  • Green with envy - jealous or envious
  • Green - inexperienced, untested, untrained
  • Greenhorn - novice, trainee, beginner
  • Green around the gills - pale, sickly

Green Words: These words are synonymous with green or represent various shades of the color green.

Emerald, sea green, seafoam, olive, olive drab, pea green, grass green, apple, mint, forest, lawn green, lime, spring green, leaf green, aquamarine, beryl, chartreuse, fir, kelly green, pine, moss, jade, sage, sap, viridian.

Mommy Moments-Why Hyzvhann Hyzydyll?

The name of our son is Hyzvhann Hyzydyll (read as Hezvan Hezedel). Many are wondering how did we get the name, what does it mean and how to read it. Some jokingly commented that maybe I hate the vowels and some named him the consonant baby...he..he..he. The name was given by his grandfather (my father). We told him that it will be an honor for us if he could give the name of their first grandson. Actually, my father is the one who give us our names-from the eldest (it's me) 'till the 14th child (our youngest). We all have two given names like me I'm named after the combination of my parent's name-Benoni and Geneditha. The result is "Genebei" plus their chosen name for me, Faith = Genebei Faith . Mommy Moments-Rain, Rain Go Away!

It seldom rains here and when it rains Hyzyd doesn't have a chance to witness the rain coz we just stay in our bedroom, play, watch movie and sleep! For the sake of this meme ( LOL!), I prayed for rain to come and I'll let my baby witness the outpouring of the rain...Heaven heard my prayer and it came right after we came from school. We watched the heavy rain on our balcony and the baby enjoyed it. It's not yet time for my baby to play under the rain . Mommy Moments- Dress Up Day

Thanks to Willa for the button. Hyzyd usually dress up during Sundays when we're going to church.
